Founded and developed by Adam Norsworthy PayGuard® a product of Fusion Technology Limited, was developed through a vision to help organisations take simple, secure and compliant payments. There are so many compliance processes that need to be actioned when taking payments that it’s not uncommon for one or more of these procedures to be overlooked or ommited when taking customer payments and handling sensitive information.

The PayGuard® team knew they had created a special technology when they went through the full R&D process and initial testing. This was done by working through the pain points of their clients who were very clear on their problems and what they needed to take payments. The customers wanted to remove any payment compliance concerns and even automate some of their processes. In simple terms, they required an application that was easy for their team to use, allowing them to take payment and make sure they were PCI compliant, and their organisation was protected. This vision and mission were fully accomplished and PayGuard® was developed.

When asked what advice Adam Norsworthy would give to someone who is starting out or needs to move to the next stage of their business journey, Adam said “Listening is critical.
