As Albé says, I'm fortunate because of my ability to think outside the box and solve problems. As a former police forensic artist with a background in art, I enjoy creating new goods, packaging, and marketing campaigns that take into account the wants and needs of the target audience. When faced with difficulty, I see it as an opportunity to learn and grow.

I hope to believe that I'm providing a good example for others through what I do. It's no secret to entrepreneurs who are familiar with my history that having a college degree or substantial financing is not a prerequisite for establishing a firm or scaling it successfully. Albé says that money is just a means to an end, and I think I've shown that a successful business is built on hard work, smart work, persistence, and always impending with new ideas.

As Albé remarks, "I've learned and I am still learning important lessons." As a leader, you need to understand people well and know that everyone is different, with different goals and different ways of reacting to situations. Most importantly, as a leader, people live and work by the example you set.

Instead of pushing things on customers, we plan to educate and provide information in order for them to make well-informed judgments, "explains Albé.

Keeping up with and providing a client with the most up-to-date and high-quality items is critical for a company's growth, says Albé. The supplement sector has a low entry barrier, allowing many new start-ups to enter the market, but USN has numerous advantages with our global reach, including our capacity to source huge amounts of the top quality raw ingredients, among many others. "Manufacturing in-house is now a viable option for USN because we've reached a critical mass," adds Albé.

"I feel we are now in a growth phase that will provide one of our greatest successes to date," says Albé. To transform USN into a tech-based, information-driven firm, we have developed a digital strategy. USN has relied rather heavily on traditional retail due to its substantial physical presence and has neglected to keep pace with technological advancements and the emergence of new purchasing habits through the usage of services like e-commerce. We have a new Chief Information Officer who has a wealth of knowledge and experience, and we're working together to solve this problem.

Furthermore, we failed to take advantage of the advantages of our critical mass in order to obtain lower prices and more current supplies when we might have done so as a worldwide corporation. This has only just been done now, and we have come up with a plan to hire a global sourcing executive.

Prior to this, USN will be focusing more on access to information and educational resources for consumers in order to assist them in making better decisions, adds Albé.
