Avram suggests always giving free advice to friends and nonprofits, such as how to produce newsletters and other printed promotional materials, how to write and edit communications, and how to come up with marketing plans and proposals.

Avram is of the opinion that you should make an effort to listen before you talk and have patience. You might consider revising the job description of a devoted coworker such that it emphasizes the individual's abilities while minimizing their faults. When asked about criticism, Avram suggests recognizing that criticism comes from the perspective of another person. If you can take anything useful away from it, then give the critics the sense that they have been heard.

“Our primary focus now is to improve our technology footprint to give customers the best possible experience when dealing with our company online.
