Bridget is passionate about her region and wants others to enjoy what she loves so much. She leads by example daily and says that their culture promotes outstanding customer service. Every customer, VIP or a family with Jackson, Wyoming on their bucket list, is treated with respect, dignity, and patience. They spend hours on the phone with clients, answering questions and learning about trip goals. Bridget says that they talk to each client individually to find out what they want from their visit and what is important to them. “Every day, we read and reply to customer reviews to improve our service. This helps us give the client the best overall experience.” She adds that clients' schedules, flight delays, and activities vary and change. Therefore, they make sure that they are accessible and flexible for their clients. When Yellowstone flooded in June 2022, many guests who had activities scheduled inside the park couldn't access them due to the parks’ weeks-long closure. JH Concierge worked diligently to rebooked clients on alternate activities so as to cause limited disruption so clients were still able to enjoy their vacation.

JH Concierge has implemented an electronic itinerary system that guides their clients throughout their stay and makes JH Concierge more productive and efficient on the backend. Once all tours/activities are confirmed, each client will receive an email with a link to their electronic itinerary that they access via a free app on their phone. The itinerary provides the client with everything they need to know including tour pick-up times, what’s included, what to wear, confirmation numbers, etc., it even provides turn-by-turn driving directions from clients lodging to their final destination. This free app incorporates all pertinent information in one easy to read format, and puts it in the palm of your hand. Clients can even add activities/reservations they may have planned outside of JH Concierge directly to their itinerary, keeping everything in one, central location.

Bridget believes JH Concierge stands out because you will always speak to a real person, not a machine or call center. Further, she and her colleagues reside in Jackson so are able to provide clients with local knowledge of things you can’t find from simply searching on-line. They also call clients back! There are no phone recordings or online forms to fill out. If clients reach out via email, which you can do on their website at JacksonHoleConcierge.com, clients typically receive a response within 30-60 minutes (during business hours), and if you leave a voicemail, be sure to leave a message because they will call you back. Many guests staying at resorts that have concierges on site, turn to JH Concierge. “We hear time and again that despite repeated calls to the resort concierge, they never receive a response.” Further, most hotel concierges are contracted to use 1 or 2 suppliers, limiting customer alternatives, and leaving them with nothing if that vendor is sold out. JH Concierge is networked throughout Jackson and Teton Valley, giving clients more options and better opportunities during the busy summer season. “We can give clients "local" secrets to enhance their trip, which a call center or out-of-state travel agent can't do. Bridget encourages aspiring entrepreneurs to not take "no" for an answer and advises them to just go for it. When she started the business in 2017, she had doubters. She'd heard about other Jacksonians who tried to accomplish what she has and failed.

Few believed in her and many told her it would never work. An investor, who wanted to invest a substantial amount of money to help establish the business when she was first getting started, wanted to focus solely on VIPs. This wasn’t Bridget’s vision so ultimately, she turned it down. She knew everyone, not just VIPs, would benefit from the personal service and local expertise and is thankful that she stayed true to her heart, despite all the nay-sayers. Along with the hundreds of independent clients that reach out to JH Concierge each year, they also work exclusively with several resorts, private ranches and Airbnb’s providing their guests with exception customer service. Thus far in 2022, JH Concierge has worked with over 600 families and groups. And while the year is quickly coming to a close, Bridget and JH Concierge are excited for 2023 and look forward to “Making Memories Easy” for hundreds more. IE
