Bryan Jaeger has always lead by example, frequently being the first to arrive and the last to leave the office. His dedication is easily recognized and motivates everyone around him. Bryan works with all his staff to ensure that they have the necessary information to succeed. He will teach anyone how to perform their job, or how to perform it better. His patience helps people to train at their own speed and succeed. Bryan is well-informed and continuously absorbs industry-related information. When it comes to Jaeger, the company's CEO has organized a "round table" of employees from all levels and responsibilities to discuss the company's triumphs, challenges, and suggestions. No suggestion goes unheard, and all challenges are attacked with the two heads are greater than one attitude.

Jaeger is currently in the process of rolling out an online tool that will allow customers to quote projects and access live pricing 24/7. “One way we go above and beyond as a supplier is to provide the newest technologies to help our customers develop and expand their businesses. It doesn't matter if it's a pre-construction or financial instrument; we have and support the latest and greatest for our customers, and we all benefit when our clients succeed,” says Bryan.

According to Bryan, understanding the importance of building a relationship with your customers and establishing trust goes a long way. Bryan continues to lead by example in this area. On any given day you can find Bryan at any one of the Jaeger locations, chatting it up with customers, most of whom he is on a first name basis with. At times he might be talking business, and others just sharing a laugh or making sure the family is doing well.

Customers who participate in Jaeger's Key Account Program receive points for every purchase they make, which can be used to offset the cost of the key account trip the company puts together every year. Destinations like Mexico and the Dominican Republic have been favorites over the years. “The key account trip is always eagerly anticipated, adds Bryan. It allows me to take a break from business and get to know our clients and their families better.”
