Of sure, their achievements have made them stand out, but he believes that how we treat our customers is also important. According to Joe, we approach every campaign as though it were our own money, and customers seem to truly love the fact that we cherish and treat their success as if it were our own. He adds that not every campaign will be successful and that sometimes, despite our best efforts, we cannot make a client successful. However, if you treat people well, you may part ways with a client on good terms and do business with them in the future even if a campaign is unsuccessful.
