I have been fortunate to have some wonderful great role models that have taught me how to be, think, and act., In my opinion, The sum of all of our experiences and role models guides us down the right path by pointing us in the direction of better and more positive experiences. The hardest thing about being a CEO is figuring out how little you know about all the aspects of being a good CEO. As founder of Renaissance, I was the original CEO because I was the only guy in the room. I always looked at the role as having a Rubik’s cube, (one side Finance, one side Sales, one side Human Resources…) that is all mixed up.
