Mark Banens started dabbling in computers in 1992 while he was in college studying international business and marketing and got a part-time job building computers. That part-time turned into a full-time job while continuing to finish his BA. Once Mark graduated, he was offered a job he couldn’t refuse at another computer support company in Miami. Within four years Mark helped grow that company by 210% but, having reached the highest level as an employee within the organization, he proposed to be made partner. No agreement was reached and, in 1997 Mark embarked on his entrepreneurial journey by starting TCM Consulting and working as a one-man shop supporting Novell, Windows 95 & 3.1 and Windows NT. “I built my company on superior technical skills and customer support. Over the years, as the industry changed, I changed the company vision to move towards Managed Services. In early 2004, I was one of the first computer companies in Miami to offer fully managed services using the N-able platform and to this date have not stopped expanding our services and offerings, keeping pace with the industry and technology.”

In 2012, Mark met his current business partner Esteban Delgado, who also owned a Managed Services Provider business. They combined their existing MSP’s into the present company, BIZITSS – Business IT Support and Security.

Esteban took on the role of CTO and brought with him a superior technical skillset and a slew of certifications including certified trainer status in many disciplines. “Our proposition was to operate BIZITSS as the Experts in Technology.” More to the point “We Leverage Technology to Improve Your Business,” and “we customize every contract to fit the client's specific business needs.”

BIZITSS was born out of an idea to bring enterprise level IT support to small business.
