When any entrepreneur approaches me for advice, I tell them to keep developing, to do what they love, to surround themselves with like-minded individuals and good attitudes, to build a solid team, and to learn from their errors, says Matt. Don't see failure as a threat; the most successful businesses have all failed in some way but have concentrated their efforts on improving. When you make a mistake, it's a good idea to ask yourself questions like, "What was my goal?", "What have I gained from this experience?", and "How am I going to avoid this in the future?"

Everyone can assist you in learning something new. Managers and leaders are not the same thing. Leadership is difficult and it is critical to be conscious of it. Obtain feedback from your contacts, communicate, and be present in the moment. Don't try to outsmart everyone in the room. We do this by holding weekly meetings to ensure that everyone is on the same page with the company's vision and that management is listening to everyone's thoughts and concerns.

Our customers have come to us looking for ways to make their shocks last longer and ride smoother because we work in the automobile industry with suspension systems. They come to us with their problems, and we construct and design our products to meet their needs. We, being an ISO-certified company, regularly meet our customers' requirements.

We are currently developing additional lines to provide a "green" product, as most of the globe wishes to have that option. Customers are actively purchasing this product and reporting positive outcomes.

Mel and Pam Brown, who are also my father and mother, founded The Brown Company in 2007. The Brown Company extended its expertise and began producing its world-exclusive shock-absorbing bag after its debut. The primary idea behind this device was to create something that would help control the aeration of oil inside a shock absorber. To accommodate the expansion of oil, air must be supplied in the shock absorber reservoir. The word immediately travelled throughout the industry, and our bags, which were previously solely available to US clients, quickly became international. Today, our product can be used in a wide range of applications all over the world.
