Todos Dance & Fitness Studio has classes for all ages. They offer services for various clients and purposes. In his own words, according to owner Ronen Zinshtein, whether you're coming to the studio to improve your life and be fitter, healthier, and happier; or to have a closer bond with your significant other; or to be a part of a community, you can achieve your childhood dreams now.

Our studio has produced several U.S. champions and world-renowned dancers who have obtained university scholarships and made ballroom dancing their career. Our studio has everything for everyone.

As someone who moved to this country at the age of 16 to travel the world and become a U.S. champion, a world-known dancer, a world-recognized adjudicator, organized the largest dance sport event in the United States, is the national coach for the World Games 2022, and owns one of the largest dance studios in the United States, my level of expertise is quite broad both professionally and personally, says Ronen.

The first two years were very difficult in achieving his vision of what Ronen was envisioning, but after building the right team, mentality, and mutual understanding, he can now say that his vision is coming to life and the true meaning of "TODOS" (everybody) is becoming a reality.

Ronen is a mentor and a shoulder to many, and they know they can rely on him, whether he is guiding them through their career, building it, overcoming obstacles in life and becoming stronger, or simply being there for them. The team has acquired the skills to solve many scenarios. Ronen gives them quite a bit of independence, and often in their staff meetings he runs scenarios to analyze the best solution—the way he would act and the way they would act. They often exchange different approaches that are based on human behavior and the strategy of the studio.

We have upgraded our software booking system to have direct communication with our clientele through text messaging and make it more personal as we felt that it was something we needed to improve on, says Ronen.

"Our studio is different from many due to several factors," says Ronen. We have plenty of space, over 20,000 square feet, which gives each client their own level of privacy they feel comfortable with, as not all are so confident when they walk through the door. Our staff is national and world-renowned teachers and dancers. Not too many studios have that, which guarantees you the best quality of learning and education in one place. Our studio has top-class facilities, such as a large changing room, showers, proper clothing store, relaxation room, kitchen, and provides a one-stop shop for each client, whether it is an early morning class before work, so you can get ready from the studio , or a child who needs to do their homework between classes. We provide a sense of community and inclusivity.

Some of our clients were struggling with health issues like cancer, dementia, and depression. We were able to help them not only survive it, but come out of it, improve their lifestyle, and be happy again. Some of them have done better in school because of the sports discipline we teach in our studio.

Ronen is also enthusiastic about advising upcoming entrepreneurs and tells them to not ever give up. Obstacles will teach you valuable lessons, and if you believe in your product enough, it will reward you. He adds that there is nothing more accurate than the common saying that it takes time. Be a leader, not a boss. People respond and work better when they feel you are there for them. He recommends that they always consider the worst-case scenario. Anything less than that is a bonus. Always try to balance time. You can’t get it back, so make sure you have time to enjoy yourself, or you will lose yourself in the process, he suggests.

Todos’ future is on the way of spreading nationally and globally. Franchising the company or branching out is on the horizon. Todos already has more than a thousand members in one location, so hopefully we will only keep growing, asserts Ronen.
