Srini holds a Chartered Accountant qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, along with a Cost Accountant certification from the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India. He also earned his MBA from Middle Ham University and holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Madras University. His certifications include CTEC, California Tax Certification 2023; Financial Management Training—2001; Certified Accountant, Institute of Chartered Accountants—1995; and Chartered Accountant License—1995.

As a founder with 12 years of experience, he knows how to secure funding, find resources, and market a brand effectively. With 25 years under his belt in healthcare, IT, and real estate, he’s a seasoned CFO skilled in business planning, revenue growth, and managing change. His track record as an entrepreneur with a forward-thinking approach is undeniable.

As a leader, Srini demonstrates a strong level of confidence in his work. He conducts extensive research and utilizes various skills to consistently meet high standards. He possesses extensive skills in areas such as software implementation, revenue cycle management, practice and operations management, and growth driving. He’s also got experience with contracts, business planning, and organizational management. He knows his way around budgeting, financial management, and overseeing profits and losses. He’s got a strong handle on operating budgets, capital expenditures, financial leadership, negotiation, and even mergers and acquisitions. Additionally, they review financial statements to ensure the accuracy of reported information and offer guidance on capital structure, investments, acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic initiatives.

They also prioritize the monitoring of cash flows, identifying potential risks and opportunities. Additionally, they assess internal controls related to financial reporting processes and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Furthermore, they engage in negotiations with vendors, suppliers, and customers to secure the best value for the company's resources.

Furthermore, they create thorough tax planning strategies aimed at minimizing liabilities and enhancing profitability. Along with making ensuring all required federal and state taxes are filed on time, they also do due diligence reviews for mergers and acquisitions. They provide valuable support during audits by regulatory agencies and manage the company's overall budgets, payroll, accounting, and all financial operations.
